What is the pet policy?
We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with some breed restrictions for dogs (Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Wolf, or any derivative mixed breeds). Small caged animals like gerbils, hamsters, and rabbits are also accepted, but reptiles, birds, and amphibians are not.

There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet, or $400 for two pets, along with monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
